This class focuses on a deeper understanding of the Principles of Alignment. We will be exploring body postures, safe transitions through a deeper explanation and understanding of functional anatomy. The class is suitable for beginners in the yoga practice, for people that are new to the practice of Yoga and for those who already have some experience and want to deepen their knowledge with a beginner’s mind.
