We determine your personal dosha; the 3 energies that define our human make up, and give you tips and important information on how to balance these energies to improve your overall well-being.
Both Yoga and Ayurveda are sciences that promote good health which comes from the organic balance of our selves. When we are in tune with our natural state we intuitively desire what our bodies need and want. When in balance, we desire that which nourishes and nurtures us holistically.
