About Ayurveda and Yoga Nidra Workshop

During every transition and change of the seasons, we experience various changes in our body, mind, spirit and everyday life.

Things that we usually do and make us feel good for some period of time, more often than not, they do not feel the same during another period, or even another time of the  same day.

Just like the body, every season has its constitution or dosha that we call Vata, Pitta and Kapha. And each dosha carries its own qualities and characteristics.

In order for us to feel and be in balance during these transitions, we need to adopt different practices, routines and habits to align our body, mind and spirit with nature cycles.

Right now, nature is experiencing the transition from Vata season to Kapha season and we are experiencing the same as parts of nature.

In this workshop, we will move, meditate, share information about the changes we are experiencing and how we respond to them, tips to bring balance through proper nutrition, proper exercise and Ayurveda routines that help to bring balance.

On the second day of the workshop we will sit meditation on the Earth + Water elements and we will enjoy a Yoga Nidra session to nourish and rest.
